Due to recent occurrences, we want to inform all vendors of several important policy updates.
Once a vendor spot has been reserved and payment has been made, we will no longer be issuing refunds for cancellations or holding spots for the following month. When a space is booked, it prevents another vendor from securing that opportunity, and last-minute cancellations impact the overall success of our market.
To help ensure a fair and successful market for everyone, we will no longer be accepting multiple vendors selling the exact same products. Vendors may have similar ideas, but duplicate products will not be permitted in order to avoid conflicts and provide a wider variety of shopping options for our customers.
All vendors are expected to actively promote and advertise their attendance at HM Cattle's Farmers Market through their social media platforms and customer networks. While HM Cattle Meats & More advertises and promotes the market as a whole, we are not responsible for individual vendors' sales performance or for vendors not meeting their desired sales goals.
All vendors must arrive between 9:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and must remain set up until 2:45 p.m. due to customer safety and market operations. No vendor is exempt from this policy. If an emergency or unavoidable circumstance requires you to leave early, you must speak with Natalie and receive approval prior to breaking down your booth and departing.
Failure to follow these policies, including attendance requirements, early departure procedures, vendor product guidelines, payment policies, and market participation expectations, may result in the forfeiture of your vendor spot at future HM Cattle Farmers Markets.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue working to provide the best experience possible for both our vendors and customers.
