What started in 2020 as a small trailer of homegrown beef at local farmers markets has grown into our brand-new brick-and-mortar butcher shop. Today, the shop is stocked with a wide range of quality meats—beautiful steaks, fresh cuts, smoked favorites, and everyday essentials—along with a small section of the homegrown beef that began this journey. I have Rheumatoid arthritis if I eat store bought meat. The beef put out by HM is both reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Their brisket I purchased was tender and delicious after smoking. Their hanger steak is one of the most delicious beefy steaks I’ve had in a very long time and it grilled up beautifully. I highly recommend trying their product.
