What started in 2020 as a small trailer of homegrown beef at local farmers markets has grown into our brand-new brick-and-mortar butcher shop. Today, the shop is stocked with a wide range of quality meats—beautiful steaks, fresh cuts, smoked favorites, and everyday essentials—along with a small section of the homegrown beef that began this journey.
