What started in 2020 as a small trailer of homegrown beef at local farmers markets has grown into our brand-new brick-and-mortar butcher shop. Today, the shop is stocked with a wide range of quality meats—beautiful steaks, fresh cuts, smoked favorites, and everyday essentials—along with a small section of the homegrown beef that began this journey. The boneless short ribs are awesome along with the new york strip steaks that have great flavor… I can not wait to try the ribeyes

I have Rheumatoid arthritis if I eat store bought meat. I suffer in pain for days the flare up is so bad I cant drive my van cause my hands swell so much my knees swell as well when I eat H M Cattle Co, Beef I never hurt at all, that’s how pure it is. I was so thankful when I found them. I missed eating beef I was a big Beef eater Before RA, Now I can have my beef and eat it too love you guys thank you for the awesome beef.
The beef put out by HM is both reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Their brisket I purchased was tender and delicious after smoking. Their hanger steak is one of the most delicious beefy steaks I’ve had in a very long time and it grilled up beautifully. I highly recommend trying their product.
I have never had meat before that had it’s own, undoctored or forced, flavor. So happy my wife found you and we are able to get such clean meat!
