Product Details

The Cowboy Cut Steak, also known as the bone-in ribeye, is a popular cut of beef known for its exceptional marbling and rich flavor. Cut from the center of the rib section, this steak is a true carnivore's delight. The Cowboy Cut Steak is distinguished by its large bone, which adds both flavor and visual appeal to this already impressive cut of meat.

When it comes to cooking a Cowboy Cut Steak, there are several methods that can be used to bring out its full flavor. Whether you choose to grill it, broil it, or cook it in a cast-iron skillet, the key is to let the steak rest after cooking to allow the juices to distribute evenly. Season the steak with just salt and pepper to let the natural flavor of the meat shine through.

For a delicious and unique way to enjoy a Cowboy Cut Steak, try making a savory garlic and herb butter to melt over the top. Simply mix softened butter with minced garlic, fresh chopped herbs like thyme and rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Let the butter chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then slice a pat of butter and place it on top of the steak while it rests. The butter will melt into the steak, adding a delicious depth of flavor.

Another great way to enjoy a Cowboy Cut Steak is to make a flavorful steak marinade. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and a splash of balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Let the steak marinate for at least an hour, then grill or broil it to your desired doneness. The resulting steak will be juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a baked potato for a hearty and satisfying meal.
