  • 2 Tomahawk Steaks from HM Cattle Company
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of bourbon
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Instructions:

  1. Take the Tomahawk Steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil and season them generously with salt and pepper.
