I just finished defrosting in the refrigerator, and will be making a Bolognese-ish sauce tonight. I know it will be high quality as I have years of history of purchasing various meats from you. I purchased as I am in need of just a few more nutrients, and am not of a mind to eat a whole beef liver. Excited for the experience. If I had more time, I would make some steamed wontons with this mixture as the center.... of course ginger and garlic and scallion to play along. That will be with my next purchase of this mixture.
